Polish-English Complaint Specialist (Glasgow)

Chubb European Group Ltd. in Glasgow is seeking a Polish and English speaking Complaint Handler to join our European Complaints Team.

You’ll assess, investigate, and resolve complaints fairly and promptly, ensuring regulatory requirements are met while maintaining excellent customer service. Based in our Glasgow City Centre office, you will manage a caseload of regulated complaints, conduct thorough root-cause investigations, and draft clear Final Resolution Letters.
