Overview
In this role, you own the Business Systems agenda to support Equip's growth. You will partner with senior leaders to optimise data and technology, focusing on ERP and systems enhancements. You drive ideas through to execution, aligning internal teams and external partners. Your work shapes how technology underpins commercial and operational performance in a fast-growing, international business. You will lead with credibility, influence across stakeholders, and champion change that embeds value.
