Holiday Retail Operations & Stock Associate

Marks & Spencer Plc in Reading is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to oversee stock, deliveries and behind-the-scenes work that keeps the shop floor full, clean and ready for customers.

This role requires early mornings and a willingness to work up to full-time hours during peak weeks in December. You’ll move with purpose, use digital tools to track deliveries, and support colleagues across the store to maintain excellent service.
