Christmas Retail Operations & Stock Associate

Marks & Spencer Plc in Morpeth is hiring an Operations Assistant to support store operations with a focus on stock, deliveries and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the shop floor full and ready for customers.

The role is physically demanding and fast-paced, requiring flexibility across the wider store and the use of digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock. Evening shifts are scheduled (Wed-Sat 16:00-20:00) with potential full-time hours during Christmas.
