HR Casework Specialist — Hybrid (5-Month Contract)

Belmont Recruitment are seeking an experienced HR Officer to work with our client on an initial five-month temporary contract. The role is based in Bolton, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a hybrid basis with three days of onsite working.

You will manage HR casework including grievances, disciplinaries, capability and absence, supporting managers through the full case management process and providing procedural guidance and HR advice.
