Job Description:
Moat is seeking a Service Charge Officer to ensure fair budgeting and charging of service charges in line with legislation and tenancy agreements. The role focuses on year-end reconciliations and collaboration with internal teams.
You will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at Head Office in Dartford, with agile working arrangements and provided IT equipment. Two contracts are available: one permanent and one 12-month fixed term.
