HR Administration Team Lead — Hybrid (Public Sector)

Sellick Partnership is recruiting an experienced HR Team Leader to oversee the HR Administration function in Cambridgeshire, on a hybrid basis with at least two days onsite. The role leads a busy team responsible for onboarding, employee records and HR processes across the lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will work with managers and the wider HR team to drive service improvements, maintain data protection standards, and deliver timely HR reports and governance documentation.
