The Role
This role sits at the centre of event delivery and gives you the chance to make a visible difference every time the Campus welcomes guests. You will help coordinate the moving parts that keep events running well, acting as a reliable point of contact and making sure each event is set up for success.
Day to day, you will support event set-up and close-down, walk customer journeys, brief teams, and work closely with internal colleagues to make sure requirements are delivered on time. You will also support customer service on event days, handling queries, responding professionally to feedback and helping to maintain a calm, organised and welcoming environment.
You will be trusted to manage event stock control and ordering, including items such as AV equipment, stationery and football equipment, while keeping a close eye on detail and standards. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, stays composed when priorities change, and takes pride in delivering a smooth experience from start to finish.
