Warehouse Operations Manager: Lead Teams, Drive Efficiency

Cast UK Limited in Northampton is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of goods, driving efficiency and leading people. The role involves managing Supervisors/Team Leaders and maintaining WMS standards, with some flexibility for business needs.

The successful candidate will have proven warehousing/3PL operations experience, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to process improvement and safety. Monday–Friday, days, with occasional flexibility.
