Hybrid Housing Advice Officer: Casework & Support

Maidstone Borough Council is seeking two Housing Advice Officers to join the Housing & Inclusion Team in Maidstone. You will handle a caseload, provide advice on housing options, and work from Trinity House with flexible agile working and a 37-hour week on a permanent contract.

The role requires knowledge of housing legislation, strong communication and IT skills, and a focus on helping vulnerable clients to resolve homelessness risks.
