Overview

I’m working with an established sustainability consultancy looking to bring an Energy Consultant into their London team.

This is a great opportunity for an Energy Consultant with a couple of years’ experience to work on a range of building performance and energy projects, developing their technical skills within a growing consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Carry out energy modelling using IES VE and similar software
• Support Part L compliance and building energy assessments
• Undertake overheating assessments in line with Part O and relevant guidance
• Contribute to TM52/TM59 assessments
• Prepare technical reports and recommend improvements to building performance

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years’ experience in energy consultancy or building physics
• Experience with IES VE, Part L and/or Part O assessments
• Understanding of overheating, energy efficiency and building regulations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
