Senior Residential Support Lead – Therapeutic Care

Elephant Recruitment Group is assisting a therapeutic residential childcare provider to recruit Senior Residential Support Workers for its children’s homes across NG12 and NG13 in Nottinghamshire. You’ll lead shifts, guide colleagues and contribute to staff supervisions, while staying closely involved in day-to-day care and support of young people.

You’ll work with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, developing leadership within the team and maintaining therapeutic care.
