Surrey Choices is seeking a Senior Support Worker for the Short Breaks team in Woking. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for people with learning disabilities and complex needs. The role involves flexible, seven-day shifts and occasional sleep-ins to meet service requirements.

You will work with the Registered Manager to uphold regulatory standards and promote the wellbeing and choices of those supported by Surrey Choices.
