Hybrid Complex Support Worker – Homelessness & Housing

New Forest District Council is seeking a proactive Complex Support Worker to join the Homeless Team within the Housing Options Service. You will respond to enquiries about homelessness, assess needs and coordinate with partners to secure stable housing for vulnerable clients.

Experience with homelessness is not essential; we welcome motivated individuals who can work compassionately in a fast-paced environment and support customers through their housing journey, including liaison with landlords
