Senior Practice Leader – Adult Social Care

Barnet Council is seeking an experienced social worker to lead and develop practice across Communities, Adults and Health. You will supervise and guide staff to ensure high professional standards and safeguarding of adults and carers.

The role focuses on person-centred assessments, signposting to preventative services, and outcome-led care planning under the Care Act 2014. Hybrid working and ongoing professional development are offered.
