Hybrid Charity Accountant — Lead Finance and Controls

Membership Bespoke seeks a hands-on Accountant to manage day-to-day finances and drive improvements in controls and reporting. The role covers payroll, VAT, Gift Aid and membership income, with responsibility for month-end processes and a small finance team.

The ideal candidate will have solid management accounts experience, be proficient in Business Central or equivalent ERP, and enjoy partnering with non-finance colleagues across the charity. Hybrid working is available.
