Albert Bartlett in Airdrie is seeking a Creative Technologist to join our Kitchen Development team, blending culinary creativity with food manufacturing know-how to bring concepts to supermarket shelves.

You will collaborate with NPD, Technical, Marketing, Operations and Commercial teams to create and refine recipes, source ingredients and support factory launches while meeting consumer expectations and commercial targets.
