Branch Banking Associate – Customer Experience

Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative in St Albans to support customers in branch, on the phone, and online. You’ll deliver confident, friendly service, handle transactions, and guide customers to suitable banking products and digital tools.

You’ll join a branch team, work full-time (35 hours/week, Mon-Sat), and strive to keep high street banking accessible. Training starts soon, with a focus on customer-first service.
