Hybrid Senior Sales Lead: Shared Ownership & New Homes

Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to own the Shared Ownership and new homes sales function across South East London. You will take a lead role while also shaping sales and marketing strategies and managing a Sales Executive.

The role is hybrid (two days in the office), 35 hours per week, on a 12-month FTC with potential to go permanent, and carries a salary of £48,314. You will work closely with developers, solicitors and housing teams to maximise value.
