Job Description:
National Trust in South Shropshire and Kinver Edge is seeking a Community, Participation and Volunteering Manager to lead volunteering across departments and nurture community partnerships. You will support portfolio volunteer managers, improve the volunteer experience, and drive engagement with diverse communities.
The role works 4 days per week with one weekend per month, plus bank holidays and occasional weekend events.
