Hospitality Customer Experience Specialist

Pertemps Bond in Coleshill is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly team in a fast-paced hospitality-focused role. Work is Monday–Friday, 7.5 hours per day, with a start time as early as 7:00am and a latest finish of 6:30pm.

The role involves acting as the go-to contact for hospitality clients, handling queries, processing orders, and coordinating with logistics to resolve issues. A minimum of 12 months in customer care or similar is required and full training will be provided.
