Aerospace Composites Strategy Lead

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Commodity Leader – Composites to drive composite material strategies across procurement and manufacturing. You will influence cost, quality and technology outcomes while integrating materials expertise into procurement decisions and across the supply chain.

The role requires strong knowledge of composite manufacturing technologies and an ability to lead cross-functional reviews for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
