Midway Care Group is seeking a Deputy Locality Manager to oversee our Supported Living Services in the Solihull area. You’ll supervise the team, ensure high-quality, person-centred care, and keep services compliant with CQC guidelines.
The role requires senior/deputy experience with adults who have learning disabilities, and qualifications such as NVQ Level 4+ or QCF Level 5 in Management. You’ll be part of a passionate team focused on continuous improvement.
