National Learning & Workforce Development Lead

Adoption England, hosted by Leeds City Council, is seeking a Workforce Development Officer to design and deliver high-quality learning for the national adoption workforce. Hybrid working applies, with regular time in the workplace and travel across the country.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, project managers and partner organisations to deliver evidence-based learning, evaluate impact and promote inclusive practice across Adoption England.
