Job Description:
Capiteq Finance in Manchester seeks a Commercial Finance Broker & BDM to originate, structure and place deals across development finance, bridging, business loans, short-term lending and commercial mortgages. You will lead lender panel development and manage the brokerage desk to ensure smooth case flow and strong lender relationships.
You will build a balance of speed, cost and lender fit, while nurturing introducers and leveraging Capiteq’s own-book lending arm.
