Sous Chef — Lead a Dynamic Kitchen Team & Growth

The Ned is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef in leading one of our 11 kitchens in City of London.

You’ll manage and develop kitchen teams, ensuring the preparation of meat, fish, poultry and vegetables to The Ned standards, including display prep where required, while maintaining strict health and safety practices in a fast-paced environment.
