People Operations Manager – Events & Workforce Planning

Ascot Racecourse is seeking a proactive People Operations Manager to lead the team responsible for planning and coordinating its large-scale casual workforce, including core business, raceday and hospitality operations.

You will oversee labour planning, forecasting, payroll and workforce deployment across Ascot, supporting around 3,500 casual workers during Royal Ascot, with a strong focus on cost control and guest experience.
