Café Operations Manager (FTC) – Growth, Profit & People

Absolute Taste is opening a Café at Fenwick’s in Brent Cross and is seeking a Restaurant Manager to run the cafe efficiently and profitably. You will be responsible for the business performance of the restaurant and for upholding high standards of food, service and safety.

This is a new venture with strategic planning, shift pattern organisation and day-to-day management. The role starts on 2 November 2026 for a six-month FTC, with 10am–6pm hours and an early finish on Sundays.
