Welfare Officer – Impactful Support for Service Families

SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, is seeking Welfare Officers to provide direct welfare support to RAF personnel and their families across the UK. You will help service users facing mental ill-health, housing, finances, relationships and other challenges, with a confidential, person-centred approach.

The role emphasizes engaging with communities, delivering presentations, and working with RAF welfare teams, local authorities and civilian agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
