Full Stack Software Engineer

Overview

In this role you will contribute to building data-driven applications, cloud platforms and AI-enabled tools within a collaborative engineering team. You will work across the full stack, from backend services to user interfaces, and integrate with data pipelines and external services. The role offers exposure to a broad tech stack and practical AI integrations, with opportunities to design scalable, reliable production platforms and drive impact across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications including backend services, APIs and user interfaces
• Build production software using Python, TypeScript and modern web technologies
• Develop cloud-based apps and services on AWS and other platforms
• Integrate applications with data pipelines and enterprise/external systems
• Create AI-powered features including LLM integrations and AI agent tooling
• Contribute to architectural decisions and evaluate tech options
• Develop proofs-of-concept to test new tech
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance
• Design efficient data processing and integration patterns for large datasets
• Implement authentication and authorization for secure enterprise apps
• Support infrastructure deployment, IaC and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements
• Help scale applications into robust platforms for wider adoption
• Participate in evolving AI-enabled software projects

Key requirements

• Strong Python development experience with production-grade apps
• Hands-on AWS experience (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, API Gateway)
• Experience deploying and managing Docker-based containerised apps
• Solid SQL skills and familiarity with data warehouses
• Hands-on IaC experience, especially Terraform
• Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD workflows
• Experience in designing multi-component software systems
• Interest in AI-assisted development tools and AI-enabled features
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration abilities
