Location: Aldermaston/Burghfield – 3 days/week on site

Essential

• Proven experience delivering projects through the full project lifecycle, from concept and design development through procurement, contractual engagement, delivery, and completion.
• Experience working within a public sector environment, including an understanding of governance, stakeholder management, procurement processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM), including an understanding of the duties and responsibilities of Principal Designers and Principal Contractors.
• Recognised project management qualification (e.g., APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalent) with demonstrable experience applying project management methodologies in complex project environments.
