Ceramic Finishing Operator (Entry-Level) – Training Provided

Morgan Advanced Materials in Corby is hiring three General Operatives to perform precision finishing of ceramic cores used in aerospace, with training provided.

You’ll finish and quality-check ceramic components using sandpaper, files, and NSK drills, following SPI and safety standards. No prior experience required; you will join a high-volume production environment with opportunities to rotate across departments.
