Senior Cost Manager- Cardiff/ Bristol

Overview

In this role you help deliver multi-million pound UK infrastructure programmes by providing experience-led commercial advice. You will work within our contract and cost management team, collaborating with clients and cross-functional colleagues to optimise delivery and efficiency. You will address contract, cost, change, and risk management across projects, contributing to transformative infrastructure outcomes. Responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial delivery for multi-million pound capital programmes
• Oversee contract management (NEC3, Options A, C & E preferred) and related governance
• Manage cost control, valuation, and pricing activities
• Lead change management, risk management, and forecasting
• Coordinate procurement, estimating and reporting processes
• Share best practices and drive efficiencies across the project lifecycle
• People management and commissioning management to support project delivery
• Apply knowledge of procurement routes, value management and value engineering
