ROLE: Senior Management Accountant – EngineeringHOURS: Full Time – 40 hoursLOCATION: Gloucester, GL2 2AQ

SALARY: 55,000 – 60,000

We’re looking for a Senior Management Accountant who will provide financial leadership and commercial support to the business, delivering insight that drives profitability, supports growth, and ensures robust financial governance.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead, support and develop a team of finance professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Take ownership of the timely and accurate production of monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Analyse business performance, including revenue, margins, costs and operational KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to provide financial insight and support informed decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, working capital management, audit activities and Group reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

• ACCA or CIMA qualified with a minimum of five years’ management accounting experience gained within industry.
• A minimum of two years’ people management experience with the ability to lead and develop a team.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical, organisational and communication abilities. Knowledge of SAP and/or Sage 200 would be advantageous.
