Global E-Commerce & CRM Email Marketing Lead

Warner Bros. Discovery’s UK division is seeking an E‑Commerce & CRM Executive to manage day‑to‑day CRM across our Harry Potter Shop storefronts in the UK, US and Japan. You will build email campaigns, manage customer journeys and drive data‑led campaigns for a leading visitor attraction brand.

You will operate in a hybrid model, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to optimise engagement, ecommerce performance and lifecycle communications.
