We are looking for people with over 3 years’ experience to join us as a Project Manager. This role is suited to someone who has built a strong foundation in project delivery, business analysis, change or technology transformation, and is ready to take the next step in their career.
People with a business analysis background who have developed project management experience and enjoy leading delivery would be particularly well suited to this role.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues who will support your development as you strengthen your delivery, leadership and consulting skills while making a meaningful impact for our clients.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines and budgets are achieved.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders and delivery teams to establish priorities, manage expectations and maintain momentum.
- Identify, manage and communicate project risks, issues and dependencies, taking a proactive approach to resolution.
- Support requirement gathering, business analysis and solution design activities where required.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and project governance forums to ensure clear communication and effective decision-making.
- Contribute to successful technology and organisational change initiatives through practical, solutions-focused delivery.
Your skills and experience
We’re looking for people who can take ownership, build strong relationships and work collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes. If you’re the person people rely on to bring structure, solve problems and keep things moving forward, we’d like to hear from you.
You should have over 3 years’ experience in project management, business analysis, change delivery or a similar role. A recognised project management qualification would be beneficial, but attitude, curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn are just as important.
Experience with Quantios, NavOne or Viewpoint would be a bonus.
