Project Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the Change function of a leading financial services business, delivering high-impact organisational change across a range of strategic initiatives. This is a business-focused change role, with some exposure to technology-led change advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple change projects and workstreams
• Manage project planning, governance, risks, dependencies, budgets and reporting
• Work across Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies
• Lead workshops and engage with senior stakeholders, SMEs and technology partners
• Ensure change is delivered safely, effectively and in line with regulatory and governance requirements
• Manage project resources and third-party suppliers where required
• Line manage and support a small team

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven Project Management experience within financial services, ideally banking or lending
• Strong experience delivering organisational change projects across areas such as Risk, Regulatory, Finance or business optimisation
• Experience working with Agile and/or waterfall methodologies; exposure to release trains would be advantageous
• Some experience of technology, digital, AI, CRM, customer journeys or data-led change would be beneficial
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk, controls and regulatory requirements
• Relevant project management qualification such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum or SAFe would be advantageous

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Commercial and delivery-focused, with strong attention to detail
• Confident managing risk, dependencies and challenging conversations
• Collaborative and pragmatic approach to delivering change in a regulated environment
• Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
