IT Service Operations Manager — Lead Multi‑Site Cloud IT

MM Flowers is seeking an IT Service Operations Manager to lead reliable, responsive IT services across all group sites. You will manage a team of five and own group-wide service delivery as we move toward a cloud-native Azure environment.

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure & Operations, you will coordinate field support, drive major incident management, and implement continuous improvement while aligning IT services with business needs across the UK and EU.
