Store Customer Experience Manager

ASDA is seeking a Customer Manager to lead the store’s service and day-to-day operations in Workington. You’ll be the primary ambassador for the Asda experience, guiding Back Office, Security and Cleaning Teams while ensuring customers are delighted from car park to checkout.

You will lead a team on shifts, drive customer-facing excellence, coach staff, handle feedback and liaise with partners to maintain high standards and great availability.
