Insurance AI Engagement Lead

Novee is hiring a Senior Engagement Manager to run proofs of concept (POCs) with our largest clients and transition them into production on the Novee platform. You will guide clients through adopting AI-enabled underwriting workflows, working with founders, sales, product and engineering to realise strategic value.

The role is client-facing, hands-on and fast-paced, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across complex insurance domains.
