Public Finance Leader: Capital & Treasury (Hybrid)

Nottingham City Council is seeking a Head of Capital and Treasury to provide strategic leadership for the Council’s capital programme, treasury management, borrowing and investments. The role is based in Nottingham with hybrid working and reports to the Director of Finance Operations.

The post holder will shape capital strategy, oversee governance, manage risk and ensure value for money while delivering a sustainable financial future for 331,077 residents.
