A leading international law firm with offices across the UK and overseas. This role sits in the business services side of the firm, supporting lawyers and clients across the whole network.

The role

You will join an international reward team and combine advice with hands on delivery.

• Lead salary review and bonus cycles across several countries




• Support benefits programmes and renewals




• Help design pay structures and incentive plans




• Provide benchmarking and advise senior leaders




• Support pay gap reporting and pay transparency rules

What you will need

• Solid reward experience covering pay, benchmarking and analytics




• End to end salary review and bonus experience




• Project and change management skills




• Reward systems, Excel, Power BI or SAP experience
