n An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Property Lawyer to join a progressive and forward-thinking law firm offering a flexible working arrangement and excellent salary.
n Join a team of 10 spearheaded by highly experienced property lawyers, all with backgrounds at city firms.
n This role is ideal for an experienced Conveyancer, Residential Property Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer or Property Solicitor looking for a quality caseload, strong earning potential and genuine flexibility.
The Role:n Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completionn Handle sales, purchases, remortgages and other residential property transactionsn Provide high-quality client care and clear communication throughoutn Liaise with lenders, estate agents and other relevant partiesn Ensure files are progressed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirementsn Meet agreed billing and performance targets
About You:n Experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, Conveyancer, Property Lawyer or Solicitorn Strong knowledge of the end-to-end residential conveyancing processn Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervisionn Excellent client care, communication and organisational skillsn Commercially aware and motivated by achieving strong results
