Support Worker: Help Adults Live Life Their Way

Sense is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Dereham to enable five individuals with complex needs to lead more independent lives. You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily living, personal care, and medication, and accompany them on activities and appointments using company vehicles.
