They’re helping to solve a health problem that is increasingly impacting society on a global scale. Their platform allows clinics to offer improved experiences for patients, with a strong focus on unlocking data insights. Technology in this sector is far behind where it needs to be, and you can be part of the solution!
- The roles are backend leaning but you will touch the frontend too so full stack experience is preferred
- “The Rails Way” – Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, Turbo, Stimulus, Postgres, AWS. React Native for mobile (experience not required)
- AI (Claude code) is used on a daily basis to support development and productivity
- All of the engineers bring a product/ user mindset. There is only 1 dedicated product manager in the business
- They’re looking to hire people who are very happy to stay hands-on as an individual contributor right now
Salary, team info and benefits:
- £70 – 100k depending on experience PLUS meaningful equity in a business showing great early signs of success
- Join a tech team of approx 25 people (17 Engineers with Ruby skills). The company is around 35 individuals
- Female founded business. The other founder is highly technical and very fond of Ruby on Rails
