Hybrid Customer Experience Specialist

Tamworth Borough Council is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Tamworth for a hybrid role (some home, some on site). The post is permanent, 37 hours per week, with a salary of £27,274-£29,542 per annum. You will handle enquiries across multiple channels and deliver excellent customer experiences at first contact.
