Job Description:
Mil Road Surgery is seeking a friendly, organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy reception team, covering both Mill Road and Bluebell Surgery. The role is 25.5 hours across four days: Tue 1:30pm–6:30pm, Wed 8:00am–2:00pm, Thu 1:30pm–6:30pm, Fri 8:00am–6:30pm with occasional overtime.
You will be the first point of contact for patients, handle calls and online enquiries, book appointments, and liaise with healthcare staff.
