London-based UK HR Lead — Construction (Strategic & Hands-On)

Bennett Construction Ltd is seeking a standalone UK HR Manager to shape and lead the people strategy for our growing UK business from our London office. You will work closely with the UK Managing Director and Ireland HR Director, delivering strategic influence and hands-on delivery across the employee lifecycle.

The role is office-based in Clerkenwell, London, with responsibility for recruitment, policy updates, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance across the UK.
