Hybrid Resident Liaison & Compliance Officer

Sureserve is seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison & Compliance Officer to join our compliance team. You will be the first point of contact for residents, manage inquiries, address concerns, and support a gas compliance programme across thousands of properties.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8am–5pm, hybrid working arrangement. A focus on accuracy, empathy, and service quality will help improve resident outcomes and ensure policy adherence.
