Chadwick Nott is working with a leading regional law firm to recruit a Planning Solicitor for Norwich with hybrid working. You will advise on planning matters for residential, commercial, retail, agriculture and energy projects, working with national house builders and developers.
The ideal candidate has 1–6 years PQE, solid knowledge of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, and experience drafting section 106 and infrastructure agreements, with the ability to manage matters from instruction
